Trolls Class Home Learning

We hope you had a good Christmas and a very happy New Year. Mrs Cullen, Mrs Nawaz and Roxy Foxy are really disappointed that we can't see you yet, but we must stay at home as much as we can to keep the germs away. While you are at home you will have a home learning pack to keep you busy and we will be sending  lots of activities and videos through

Please let us know what exciting things you're getting up to, by sending us pictures through Seesaw or via our email earlyyears@ststephensfirst.worcs.sch.uk. We will be sending activities on Mondays and Wednesdays, so please keep checking for new things to do. You do not have to do all of the activities, but we do expect that you send us 2 or 3 pictures, videos or photos every week.

Stay safe everyone, and we will speak to you all soon.

Reading
  • There are loads of stories online that you can watch. Mrs Cullen loves 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' by Michael Rosen.

Maths
  • Have a look at Bud's Garden on BBC bitesize. It might be a bit tricky, but I'm sure your children will enjoy having a go!
  • Its also very important for mathematical development to sing lots of number songs. You could sing 5 currant buns in a bakers shop, 10 green bottles or 3 little monkeys jumping on the bed, or many more. There are lots on BBC radio that you can listen to and sing along.

Foods Around the World
  • We are thinking about the world this half term, and will be thinking about different types of food from different countries. We will be linking these to traditional stories as well. Have a look on Seesaw to listen to the stories and find out about different cultures.
